About Inmotion

Founded in 2011 by two friends passionate about gaming, Inmotion has now grown into one of Indonesia's most respected game studios, having ourselves invited several times to Tokyo Game Show.

Based in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, we've developed video games, interactive applications, and gamification concepts to answer our clients' various needs, from general education to professional training to brand awareness. Our most beloved product, Angkot: The Game (ATG) embraces local content and has attracted unique 90,000 users while it's still in Alpha.

Upon the culture of honesty, competence, and continual learning, we are committed to continue developing video games and interactive applications for PC, web, and mobile devices that provide the users highly enjoyable experiences.

And we're loving every second of it.

Who we are

1
Iqbal "Citadel" Aribaskara, CEO

A prolific Civilization player, Iqbal co-founded Oray and Inmotion. Having a variety of skills from HTML to CSS to Phyton and Lua, he believes in inspiring others by being the best in whatever we do.

1
Antorio "Snake" Bergasdito, COO

Co-founder of Inmotion. The best description of Antorio is what his colleagues and clients say about him, "When other people try to think out of the box, he's already burnt the box to ashes."

1
Egi "Uncle T" Purwana, CTO

The Inmotion's first year's MVP loves to write game codes during weekdays and to tweak his old Land Rover during weekends. But don't let Egi's calm manner fool you! Whenever needed, his leadership quality bursts like the rainbow unicorn.

1
Dian "Hershel" Ara, Game Designer

With her strong storytelling and verbal skills, nothing amuses Dian more than creating more happiness for the world using the Power of Spreadsheet. While she sucks in DotA 2, she makes a pretty good self-claimed Nintendo 3DS influencer.

1
Afief "Felix" YR, Lead Programmer

A talented PHP, Javascript, ActionScript, HTML5, and CSS programmer, Afief is kind of a "Jedi master" when he codes. He's very calm whereas commoners would have been in panic mode. Maybe that's why he's won game development competitions now and then.

1
Yusuf "Wolfgang" Afandi, Game Programmer

An avid DotA 2 player, Yusuf's expertise vary from AS3 and Unity C# to Javascript and HTML5. For him, anything is possible, including his personal pivot from graphic design to programming.

1
Ibnu "Snorlax" Triyono, Game Programmer

Addicted to Monster Hunter and Pokemon, Ibnu is a HTML5 and PHP programmer. He loves working with automated tests and Linux environment. During his spare time he plays board games. Beware of his cunning moves in The Settlers of Catan!

1
Doddi "Jagoan" Sudartha, Web Programmer

Doddi is a programmer specializing in HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, jQuery, image editing, and everything related to domain and hosting; each of which is on "ain't noob" level, hence his nickname.

1
Sani "Everett" AK, 3D General Artist

Whenever you need 3D model, 3D texture, and 3D animation done as soon as possible, Sani is your go-to guy. An avid DotA 2 player, he wishes to have a successful, profitable IP of his own.

1
Ricky "Cactuar" Cahyadi, Sound Engineer

Ricky creates background music and SFX for all of Inmotion's games. One of his greatest life achievements is completing the classic game Bulldozer.

1
Daus "OmNom" Gonia, Creative Associates & Sales

Client maintenance and project management are Daus' main responsibilities, but his real talents lie further beyond. He's curious about lots of things, especially human behaviors. He's also a selebtweet; go ask him what that is!

1
Nia "Vanellope" Aninda, Accounting Manager

Just like a super-mom in any household, without Nia's existence, Inmotion would probably be paralyzed. She provides relentless assistance to both Inmotion's crews and clients on daily basis.

How we work

Working with you, all of Inmotion's crews--led by our game designer--will come up with a creative, innovative concept and some key visuals so that the shipped application/game can really deliver your messages and objectives.

Once you're satisfied with the concept, the development phases begin. The whole process is very technical, but it's usually broken down into 4 interrelating components: game design, graphic implementation, sound implementation, and programming. The four of them will be built in 1-week or 2-week iterations.

We have all talents required to develop any game you need. And, of course, you will be actively involved in the progress from the very beginning to the very end.
